Ring sizing
Please ensure you are confident in your chosen ring size before placing an order. I strongly recommend visiting a local jeweller for an accurate measurement or using a trusted ring sizer. As each piece is handcrafted to order, I am unable to resize, replace, or refund rings once they have been made.

Sending inclusions
When sending ashes, hair, fur, or breastmilk, please be aware this is done at your own risk. While Royal Mail is highly reliable (99.9%), there is always a very small chance of loss. For this reason, I kindly ask that you never send all that you have of your loved one — only a small portion is required to create your jewellery.

Returns & refunds
As all pieces are individually handmade to order, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a proven fault with the item. Once a piece has been completed, refunds are not possible.
